A: Older internet browser can cause a number of issues like login failure, screen grey out, fail to load or an error code appears. Do the following:
Q: I am a Subscriber, how do I retrieve my monthly invoices
A:You must login with your Account ID, this is usually the shorter version of the User ID. Click My Account and go to Invoices.
Q: I'm a Subscriber but the checkout page is still redirecting me to make payment via my personal Credit Card
A:Subscriber must use the User ID to login and buy report. This is usually the longer version of the Account ID which is used for retrieving invoices only. Also, check if you have login properly. The Login button should now show My Account.
Q: I am not sure if my report purchase is completed?
A: Click My Account after you have logged in and go to My Reports. If your purchase is completed, it will be available there and is stored for 7 days. You should also receive an email confirming your purchase with a link to retrieve the report.
For Visa/Mastercard credit card purchases. Please read and follow the instructions on screen closely to make payment and click OK once the transaction has been successfully processed. Important: Do not click back/refresh at the payment page as this will void the transaction.
